Spring Soccer Scholarships

This spring GCSA will be offering scholarships to help reduce the costs of playing soccer! Multiple scholarships will be awarded throughout the various age groups, to ANY child registered with GCSA. Entry will require effort directly from the child, either a piece of art or a written story involving soccer. Details below.

The scholarship will be given in the form of a 50$ gift card to Hibbett Sports to cover any equipment expenses for the player.

Here is how your child can enter for the scholarship!
Player Groups & Requirements:

Kindersoccer: Work of Art Involving Soccer

U-6: Work of Art or a Simple Story involving Soccer (1-2 Sentences)

U-8: Simple Story involving Soccer (2-4 Sentences)

U-10: Short Story about Why You Enjoy Soccer (4-6 Sentences)

U-14: Short Essay about How Soccer Has Impacted Your Life (6-10 Sentences)

All entries must be handmade or written by the child.
All entries should be mailed to PO Box 5059 Mayfield Ky 42066, or brought directly to us during our in person registrations at the Indoor Expo. Feb 4th, 6th, 9th, 11th, and 13th.
Scholarship entries will NOT be accepted once registration ends. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Awards will be determined by the Board of Directors and announced shortly after registration ends. The Board will be judging based on the quality and authenticity of the work provided by the players, in accordance to each age groups capability. Good Luck!
